• The kitchen is not nut free, however, nut free orders can be made on request and every attempt to avoid any cross contamination will be made.

  • Yes! We can ship cookies and biscotti outside of Toronto.  We don’t recommend shipping challahs or babka outside the GTA. We want our products to be enjoyed fresh, and at their best!

  • Yes! Digital gift cards can be purchased in various denominations here.

  • We only use FRESH ingredients and never freeze anything (except our ready-to-bake frozen cookie dough, obvs!). Everything we sell is baked to order.

  • Yes! Everything we bake can be frozen. For best results, babka and challahs should be wrapped in wax paper or plastic wrap and placed in a freezer safe bag. Cookies and biscotti can be frozen in freezer safe bags or containers.

  • No. Our products are not certified Kosher.

  • We do not use any butter or dairy in our cookies, biscotti, challah or babka dough. Our fillings and toppings are not pareve, however pareve chocolate chips are available upoon request. 

  • We welcome all custom requests. We love creating new flavours for customers and welcome all requests.

  • Yes! Please contact us to arrange private or group classes.

  • We will always try our best to accommodate your requests. Contact us for last minute requests and we'll see what we can do.

  • Yes! We'd love to be part of your corporate event or personal celebration! We have supplied cookies, biscotti, babka, and challahs for office holiday parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Birthday Parties, kids’ loot bags, and more! Please contact us to plan your special event.

  • Custom orders can be accommodated and can include custom packaging, labels, logos, hang tags, etc. Please contact us with your request.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash. Our online payment processor accepts credit cards, debit cards, EFT's (electronic fund transfers), and ApplePay.

  • Local Pickup in the GTA is near Bathurst and Eglinton. You will receive a pick up address and time with your order confirmation.
